We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason you wish to return your order, we will reply promptly and instruct you where to return product(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
You must return your product(s) new and unused condition for refund, and with all tags attached. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We provide free shipping to you and do not charge a restocking fee. we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (i.e. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7 business days after receipt of the goods. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.
Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items
You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items, or you could exchange your item. You just need to provide the proof of the problem to our Customer Service. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.
Sizing or Fitting Issues
Items that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned for refund. Generally, due to the different measure tool and method, there will be 1-2 cm error existence .So you must refer to our measurement guide and size chart very carefully before you select the size. We can exchange the size for you if possble.
Please note: if your order size differ too greatly from our size chart, and you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong size, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
